I bought a mobile phone on 4th,it wasn't working they told me that they will arrange for pick up and they failed upto now,poor customer service, I'm trying to call all numbers not working, every morning they are calling me on auto generated calls promising to pick up ..I'm traveling on Sunday outside the country..so disappointed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food I recently ordered from your platform. My order included Dynamic charcoal, egg fried rice, and prawn noodles.
Regrettably, the egg fried rice was of very poor quality.
It was not cooked properly and had a raw, unappetizing texture. Additionally, the prawn noodles were excessively salty, making them unpalatable.
I attempted to contact the restaurant directly to address these issues, but they were unresponsive and simply directed me to reach out to noon customer service.
I am highly dissatisfied with the overall food quality and the lack of support from the restaurant.
As a valued customer, I expect a higher standard of service and product quality from your platform.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Please advise on the appropriate steps I should take to rectify this situation.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and return policy of Noon. I ordered an AirPods 4 by mistake, intending to purchase AirPods Pro.
Despite immediately contacting their team and sending photos of the unopened item, the return request was rejected due to the pickup agent opening the package.
What's more frustrating is the lack of resolution from the customer service team.
Multiple representatives called me, asking about the same problem repeatedly, but no solution was provided. The experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I hope Noon takes steps to improve their customer service and return policy.
Until then, I would caution others to be aware of these issues before making a purchase.
