if the call cut try to call back!& i dont know why u deduct money on my debit card!w/out my concent!

Without my permission, a subscription was done from my debit card, and it's a fraud offense. I need my money back: 29.9 DHS.

The food delivery guy is not giving my money I give him cash but he never come back an not giving change then who can give me my money this is to much healthy also give me the number I msg them but he every day next told me not giving me IAM asking last 20 days then IAM here for your help please action this fraud delivery guy

I am writing to report an issue with a recent delivery. Two items I ordered were incorrectly delivered to Discovery Gardens instead of The Gardens.

I received a delivery confirmation, but the items were not delivered to my specified location. Upon contacting the delivery driver, I was informed that the items were delivered to Discovery Gardens and that I would need to retrieve them from that location.

I also wish to note that the delivery driver's demeanor was unprofessional.

I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

He called me and i said who are you what is the problem ofcourse i asked i dont know him then he reply and he said i am noon and said bad word so i got angry to him and i said dont talk to me like that i dont know u thats why i asked and talk to me in a good way

I have issues with noon minutes, and I think I should be transferred to that department if the help line I called can't solve my issue. It's main noon, not noon minutes, but the agent said no, we can't resolve your issues; it's a different department.

I have 2 order that day one restaurant reject & another not delivered. But I got only for one order voucher. My order one 33 aed & second 43 aed .am still waiting for my money refund
