Product is not good

Im perched a new refrigerator in the noon and my delivery will be collected today from my house nd when I start to refrigerator nd just a few hours like 1 ya 02 hours the fridge will be not working properly nd I'm asking to the customer service she to me send a photo nd all all will do. But not a solution now very bedly experience Sad
