I received a counterfeit Samsung mobile

I ordered brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Dual SIM Phantom Black 12GB RAM 512GB 5G - International Version . My order number is Item ID:NAEG300086****9-1 .

It was delivered the same day. One of the Items is fake, ( I received a counterfeit Samsung mobile ) we opened the box of the Samsung Galaxy S@@ Ultra, I bought for 2300.00aed, the phone inside is fake, its not Samsung, This item is not original Samsung , it is used and many defects . Behind sim inset lid is different color .Phone is black color and sim lid is light red , Samsung pen is no Samsung logo and botttom of s pen painted with red colour by human . it is made in Chinai am sure .

I can not express how disappointed I am to Noon due to this event, and I dont want to complain and escalate this to DED for my consumer protection rights, so hopefully they will settle my refund the soonest time, It just left me traumatized, as I bought it with my hard-earned money. I don't know if the seller sold a fake item, or somewhere on delivery it was replaced, I honestly don't know, I want my money back.

* Every time for my delivery I receive a call asking if am at my current location while delivery person already arrived at location, from my understanding This call should be done before 20 or 30 minutes before delivering items. Since sometime I may not be at current address location. *And another issue I requested for refund due to food delivery wrong location and customer service promised that they will go through and they will get back to me but still no response. *Positive /*for all delivery persons I have met they are very professional and polite (excellent service)

My delivery didnt come so i didnt eat lunch. Its very inconvenient.

2. the map pin location must be AUTOMATIC. NOT MANUAL..

How can a foreigner pin the location in the map? what if youre new to UAE. And besides im bad with map.

3. your website has a glitch.

the need help button did not have the |WAIITING FOR REFUND" button. So i was not able to ask for help immedIATELY. bESIDES, A CALL CENTER AGENT IS FASTER THAN CHATTING.

4. Escalation team acts very slow.

for a refund. You must always consider that the person complaining is so hungry because their order didnt arrive.

IN SHORT< very very inconvenient and website not working properly. I iwill never use this app again.

Compared to Talabat, never had problems like this. Always received order on time.ad appb
